As a Rebate Specialist you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of rebate requests and delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, dispatching jobs to auditors, and collecting payments after audits.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Schedule Appointments**: Efficiently schedule appointments for customers according to the availability of auditors' schedules.

**Job Dispatch**:Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of jobs to the appropriate auditors, providing all necessary information for a successful audit.

**Payment Collection**: Collect payments from customers after the completion of audits, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

**Customer Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers regarding appointment scheduling, job status, and payment procedures.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of appointments, job assignments, and payment transactions.

**Issue Resolution**:Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly, working to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.

**Compliance**:Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure efficient and compliant operations within the rebate department.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.

Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.

Ability to work effectively in a team and handle a fast-paced work environment.

**Salary**: $21.00 per hour
