For this position, we are looking for a contract video editor who can arrive as a second shooter on set for various client projects in the Waterloo Region.

**A Day in the Life**
- Partnering with our team onset to film exciting client projects
- Working with the Founder & CEO, plan and execute initiatives that bring our purpose to life and make a positive impact in our communities
- Second Shooter for Videography + Photography projects
- Video editing skills are an asset
- Developing your editing skills further through our training and support

**What You Bring To The Table**
- Must have some experience in this field
- Must have examples of your work in the form of a portfolio
- Exceptional editing, interpersonal, and creative thinking skills
- Knowledge of (and a passion for) videography
- Ability to manage complex projects and be in the details
- The ability to transform an idea into highly engaging video content
- Proven track record of creative and engaging storytelling
- Must be collaborative, have strong interpersonal skills, and be an excellent communicator
- Solid understanding and ability to use digital media tools and technologies (i.e. Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest)
- Experience with Premiere Pro and Canva is an asset
- Soft skills include: Time management, critical thinking, attention to detail and a positive attitude.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
