We have a **permanent part-time** Podiatric assistants position available, starting approximately Mid-June. We are a foot clinic and thus, the assistant will work with feet. We are looking for a responsible individual looking for a new challenge (on the job training will be provided). They will have hands-on contact with patients of all ages, ethnicities, and walks of life so an empathetic, congenial, and enthusiastic personality is ideal. Punctuality is necessary Reading, writing, and speaking fluent English is required, a second language is an asset.

The position involves prepping patients for treatment(s), performing tests, and assisting the foot specialist in all aspects of patient care. It will also involve assisting the receptionist when necessary so telephone and computer skills are also required.

This is a long-established and busy clinic, with 3 staff members and one or two Podiatrists/Chiropodists working on clinic days. Living near the clinic is also an asset. We would love to welcome someone who is a friendly and interactive person who looks forward to being part of a team providing care to a diversity of patients.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
