**Job Overview**:

- The Property Administrator/Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk plays a crucial role in the Finance and Investment Property Departments, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of high-volume invoices, resolving account issues, and maintaining meticulous records while demonstrating strong attention to detail and proficiency in accounting fundamentals. This role requires excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet critical deadlines and support the organization's financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently process a high volume of weekly invoices with precision, meticulously reviewing each transaction for accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
- Administrative data entry.
- Analyze and proactively resolve accounts with discrepancies or issues, ensuring financial accuracy and integrity.
- Cross-referencing remittance information with invoices to facilitate accurate payments.
- Prepare and post the weekly cheque run, adhering to a systematic and organized approach in financial transactions.
- Manage void cheque requests, including the placement of stop payments when necessary, and ensure that cheques are delivered in accordance with instructions, accounting for held cheques.
- Initiate and oversee the refund process for any overpayments, maintaining compliance with legislative requirements and guidelines.
- Maintain a comprehensive database by accurately entering data, assisting external clients and vendors, and verifying the availability of the most up-to-date documents on the shared drive.
- Monitor and track delivery deadlines, while also facilitating the migration of voting rights to the Connect software and providing timely responses to vendor, Property Manager, and Property Accountant inquiries, all while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum one year of experience with a high volume, numeric typing data entry / administrative role
- Basic knowledge of Accounting Fundamentals, specifically in the Accounts Payable Cycle
- Excellent computer proficiency, including experience with accounting software and the Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in managing multiple guidelines and procedures

**What We Offer**:

**Compensation**:

- $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per annum.
