**Qualifications**:
Institutional custodial training and experience is preferred; with maintenance experience being a requirement. Heavy physical effort is required to operate cleaning and grounds maintenance equipment (e.g., weed trimmer, lawn mower, etc.). Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and have excellent interpersonal skills. Being an effective team member is essential. Current Driver's license is required.
