**Who we are**:
**What you’ll do**:
You are focused on ensuring the short to midterm operational effectiveness of our Distribution Centre’s buildings and equipment. You provide specialized knowledge, guidance and supervision to Team Members performing task-focused work in the areas of building systems operations and maintenance, equipment maintenance and internal and external custodial and grounds work.
- You support the execution of a Strategic Maintenance Plan to continually improve operational effectiveness, maximizing building operations and equipment utilization with mínimal impact to the customer.
- You provide leadership and guidance to ensure activities are performed utilizing Standard Operating Procedures, and ensure Standard Operating Procedures are updated and approved as required. You also implement and monitor standardized KPI’s within the regional Maintenance Function.
- You take action to ensure equipment is operated in compliance with all internal and external regulations, codes, & standards and support the assessment of product and service delivery, and make recommendations for changes as necessary. You also perform the negotiation and administration of minor vendor contracts within the Regional Distribution Centre Maintenance function.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Production, Trades and Maintenance and:

- You have a relevant Industrial Trade Certification or Two year Diploma in Engineering and a minimum of 6 years of relevant progressively responsible experience in an industrial maintenance environment or in a commercial or industrial facility operations environment. **OR**:

- You have a 4th class Power Engineer license, Refrigeration Engineer license, Building Systems Technician certificate or equivalent building trade license and a minimum of 8 years of relevant progressively responsible experience in an industrial maintenance environment or in a commercial or industrial facility operations environment

(a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- You’re familiar with Industrial Refrigeration Systems, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building envelope, and material handling equipment. You’re knowledgeable in continuous improvement processes and are proficient with Microsoft Office.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
