**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for full cycle recruitment for all individual contributor roles and provide support on supervisory and management roles.
- Work collaboratively and build relationships with the HR team and management to assess and create best-in-class recruitment strategies, talent management processes, policies, and employee programs.
- Assist in managing HR technology for recruitment sites, and social media platforms in line with organizational strategies to enhance recruitment and promote the company brand.
- Manage and maintain the business unit’s HRIS system to ensure its relevant and up to date.
- The first point of contact for delivering exceptional customer service to employees and management when responding to HR-related inquiries on programs, policies, information, and legislation.
- Assist in the writing of policies and the implementation of policy changes, rollouts, and audits.
- Track and report on key metrics as required by management.
- Work with the HR Team to support HR audit initiatives with information and to address the action items.
- Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to management and employees when responding to HR-related questions and inquiries.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the payroll team to ensure that information is shared effectively and efficiently and to instill a paperless and efficient culture.
- Confidentially manage sensitive information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education with a focus on Human Resources is preferred.
- 2-3 experience in a similar role, is preferred.
- 1-3 years of core human resources experience and a solid foundation of HR policies and procedures.
- Experience in the Insurance industry is considered an asset.
- Working knowledge with UKG or other HR technology is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- CPHR designation or actively pursuing the designation is preferred.
- Fluent in English with proven skills in verbal and written communication.
- Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
