Yard By Yard is a social enterprise running a Therapeutic Work Program that teaches job skills to individuals with mental health issues. Yard By Yard has been serving customers in the Okanagan for over 16 years and takes pride in both their customer service and their client support. **Job Description/Scope of Work**:
**Additional requirements**:

- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
- Horticulturist Trade Certification
- Clear criminal record check

**Preferences**:

- Will be given to applicants that have experience driving truck and trailer as well as manual transmission vehicles.

**Compensation**:

- Compensation will be determined based on experience.
- Shared benefit package upon completion of probationary period.
- Potential for year round employment.
