Human Resources Department

Position Overview

Essential Job Functions
- Support the management of end-to-end talent acquisition practices including but not limited to sourcing, recruiting, diversity & inclusion, recruitment operations
- Work in partnership with a variety of stakeholders from Design & Engineering, Construction, Software Engineering, IT, Finance, Operations, and Human Resources
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to better understand the business and needs of each department
- If deemed necessary to work with third party vendors, work directly with them on specialty roles, ensuring weekly reports from each vendor to keep managers on track

Duties
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and drive compensation discussions
- Post job descriptions on Workday, LinkedIn or other platforms
- Guide managers on proper recruitment process and guide them when necessary

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruiting required
- Minimum 1 year of experience Sourcing preferred
- Large and medium sized tech company experience preferred
- Data Center experience preferred
- Experience with full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, recruiting, scheduling and interviewing in-house
- Diversity hiring experience a plus
- A team player who can influence and develop effective partnerships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
- Bilingual
