We are a family owned and operated Construction company with residential apartment buildings in Halifax, Dartmouth and Lower Sackville and our goal is to Provide excellence in clean, well maintained and properly managed apartment buildings with attention to detail and excellent tenant relations.

We are looking for a retired couple for a live-in super and maintenance worker.

Our work environment includes:

- Flexible working hours

Looking for a start/move-in date of Mid November 2024 or December 1st 2024

You will be provided with a 2 bedroom unit. Housing in a 2 bedroom unit will be free + additional monthly payment for maintenance work.
