Responsibilities/ Duties:
Managing prospects and nurturing leads
Providing exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment for all
Selling and managing memberships
Maintaining the day-to-day upkeep and cleaning of the facility
Overseeing trainers and part-time staff
Maintaining social media, member engagement, and community involvement
Driving club growth

Qualifications/ Requirements:
Mature professional individual
Prior customer service and sales experience preferred
Able to manage time effectively
Good communication skills
Leadership qualities
Punctual and reliable

Education and Experience:
Experience in fitness is an asset
Tech-savvy (strong computer skills)

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
Weekend availability

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
