We are seeking an experienced Building Restoration professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field. As a Building Restoration expert, you will be responsible for performing various restoration and repair tasks to ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of buildings. This is a full-time position that requires proficiency in a range of skills including caulking, construction painting, flooring installation, cabinet installation, concrete finishing, tile laying, masonry, and the use of power and hand tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform building restoration and repair tasks according to project specifications
- Conduct inspections to assess the condition of buildings and identify areas in need of restoration
- Prepare surfaces for restoration by cleaning, sanding, and removing old paint or materials
- Perform construction painting to restore or enhance the appearance of surfaces
- Install flooring, cabinets, tiles, or other materials as required
- Finish concrete surfaces to achieve desired texture and appearance
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively and safely
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within designated timelines

**Skills**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in building restoration or a related field
- Proficiency in caulking, construction painting, flooring installation, cabinet installation, concrete finishing, tile laying, masonry
- Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in building restoration
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
