We've been around, are you ready to get onboard? We are currently hiring **Manager** for our next store location on Mont-Royal avenue**.**

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

As store Manager, you will give leadership and direction to the entire store team in an exciting, encouraging, and professional demeanor. You will oversee all aspects of store performance through sales management, operations, and personnel, as well as store visual merchandising. By following strategies and company initiatives, as store manager, you will also ensure maximum productivity, profitability, operational excellence, and compliance with company procedures.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be able to exercise sound business judgment in a retail environment
- Effective planning and organizational skills; attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Capability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience - able to motivate peers
- Strong understanding of retail and apparel industry
- Manage the store’s inventory within company guidelines
- Oversee and maximize store volume and profit
- Manage work schedules
- Ensure service, merchandising, and operational standards are met
- Perform daily register and store open/close functions and bank deposits.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the apparel retail industry
- Strong computer competency
- Must be fluent in English & French
- Outstanding personal sales
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**LOGISTICS**

En tant que gérant du magasin, vous donnerez un leadership et une direction à toute l’équipe du magasin avec un comportement de passionné, encourageant et professionnel. Vous superviserez tous les aspects de la performance des magasins via la gestion des ventes, les opérations et le personnel, ainsi que le marchandisage visuel du magasins. En respectant les stratégies et les initiatives de l’entreprise, vous garantissez également une productivité, une rentabilité, une excellence opérationnelle des processus de l’entreprise.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉ**S**
- Etre capable d’exercer un bon jugement dans un environnement de vente au détail
- Compétences efficaces en matière de planification et d’organisation; attention au détail
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches efficacement
- Capacité à fonctionner dans un environnement en évolution rapide
- Expérience de leadership - capable de motiver l’équipe
- Forte compréhension de la vente au détail et de l’industrie du vêtement
- Gérer l’inventaire du magasin conformément aux directives de l’entreprise
- Superviser et maximiser le volume et les bénéfices du magasin
- Gérer les horaires de travail
- S'assurer que les normes de service, de marchandisage et d'exploitation sont respectées
- Effectuer des tâches quotidiennes de caisse durant d’ouverture / fermeture et des dépôts bancaires.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans la vente au détail de vêtements
- Solide compétence en informatique
- Doit parler couramment l'anglais et le français
- Ventes personnelles exceptionnelles
- Doit pouvoir travailler les week-ends et les jours fériés
- Excellentes compétences de communication verbale et écrite
