**The Role**

As a crucial member of the warehouse and delivery team, the labourer - delivery personnel will partner with our delivery driver’s to safely transport our products to customers homes while providing superior customer service and addressing customer concerns.

**What you will be doing**
- Ensuring prompt and courteous service on pickups and deliveries
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks with large home appliances, providing minor hook-ups if required
- Inspecting merchandise prior to delivery, reporting any damages immediately
- Participating and comply with all health and safety processes, initiatives, and training to ensure a safe workplace

**To be successful in this role you must**
- Clear a security check
- Clear a physical fitness assessment
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have the ability to safely maneuver merchandise more than 100lbs (our products are heavy)
- Have a professional appearance
- Enjoy working within a diverse team
- Communicate with internal and external contacts with tact, courtesy, and respect.
- Have flexibility to work 5 days a week, Monday - Saturday
