Toronto, Canada iirntree - Customized Furniture Full time

**MINIMUM 1-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE, TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED**

The role offers a seasonal position with the possibility of transitioning into full-time employment.

Monday to Friday, and work hours are available in the morning through to night.
- Hours are flexible, the factory is open between 7:00 AM - 12: 00 AM~ Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Must know how to use a Windows PC with no training needed*.
- Must be able to perform critical thinking and solve basic problems independently*.
- Required safety gear must be used (masks, gloves, hearing protection, steel toe shoes/boots etc.)
- A minimum of 15-25 Rulers must be made on the CNC per day and logged with the item number.
- Stain wood with water-based stain to be cut up.
- Cut wood for the CNC on the table saw, and mitre saw.
- All items must be cleaned of wood shavings.
- All items must be assembled.
- All items must be inspected, clean and ready to be sprayed in a paint booth with clearcoat.
- Spray water-based clearcoat on the rulers in the paint booth.
- Papers and the finished product must be ready for packaging on the correct clipboard and in the packaging area.
- The work area must be vacuumed at the end of the day.
- Check and report low inventory.
- Any extra items made by mistake must be reported to the office and labelled.
- Employee may have training in other jobs at iirntree in order to create redundancy as well as an understanding of the full production process.
- One-on-one meetings are held every two weeks or as needed. A verbal report of any workplace concerns, ideas or suggestions can be made at that time and are strongly encouraged.
- Days off or personal days must be requested three days in advance and added to the office calendar.
- Sick days must be texted in an hour before the shift starts.
- One 30-minute meal break for every 5 hours of work.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
