Stefanini Group is looking for a **Field Service Support Technician** for a globally recognized company based in **Quebec, CA**

**Responsibilities**
- ITSMS Tool Set (Ticket Management Software)
- Correctly track incidents and calls timely and accurately
- Respond to computer related service and trouble calls
- Ability to resolve Windows 10 and MAC OS Operating System Errors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 2016/2019/Office365 Suite
- Proficient in collaboration Tools Teams/Skype/Zoom
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Group Policy Objects
- Understanding of Antivirus Protection Software, and VPN Solutions
- (Desktops/Laptops) - Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
- Some hardware support experience required e.g. installing memory/hard drives
- Diagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and implement solutions
- Provide installation and upgrade services of supported hardware and software
- Basic Network troubleshooting skills and knowledge
- Experienced with Apple Products (MacOS/IpadOS/IOS)
- Experience with Mobile Device Support (IOS/Android)
- Move workstations and peripherals, as required
- Receive and provide required equipment (Install and set up equipment, cables, outlets and all other hardware) IMAC (installs/moves/add/changes)
- Proficient with 'Remote Worker' technology, accessibility troubleshooting skills
- 2 Years" experience in an IT-Support Role
- ITIL certified
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Strong sense of customer service
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills [English]
- Ability to multitask
- Team focused

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
