**Skills and Responsibilities;**
- A key component of the role is to foster and effectively manage relationships with Risk & Control Partners (Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Operational Risk, Fraud, GAML, Technology Risk, and others) to ensure alignment to the broader organization from a policy and compliance perspective while also leveraging their knowledge and expertise to ensure partner interactions are efficient, effective, and timely.
- Own the risk/compliance oversight for assigned product groups/pods, finding the right balance between risk and reward, in conjunction with both internal stakeholders and risk partners.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of Servicing Platform capabilities with an emphasis on understanding the interplay between various capabilities as well as business segment/journey impact.
- Actively engage 2nd line partners (ORM, GAML, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, Fraud and others as may be necessary) to review identified feature/project risks and planned controls to gain buy-in.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
