**Live In Building Management Team**

**Full Time: Monday - Friday & on Call.**
- **We are currently looking for a live Building Management Team, who can multitask daily duties and are ready to handle spare-of-the-moment requests with a quick response and proactive mind set. Problem-solving and excellent customer service are crucial to becoming a part of this wonderful property management team in a luxury building, North London, On.**_
- **The Building Management Team is the perfect way to provide excellent management services by having one member available in the office to handle the administrative side and the other completing cleaning and building maintenance.**_
- **Individuals will be required to be flexible in terms of work hours to handle emergencies. The role requires that the Building Management Team provide a clean criminal record check.**_
- **The position comes with a beautiful main floor 2 bedroom suite, completely separated from the rest of the Building.**_

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- _**Cleaning the Building daily, supplies provided.**_
- _**Reporting and or resolving any hazards around the Corporation.**_
- _**Must always carry a cell phone.**_
- _**On-site office administration.**_
- _**Shovel & remove snow in the winter from walkways.**_
- _**Be familiar with building mechanical systems.**_
- _**Inspect and log health and safety concerns.**_
- _**Report to the Condominium Manager.**_
- _**Perform Inspections on Fire Systems & Security.**_
- _**Respond to Emergency calls.**_
- _**Coordinate Move In's & Outs and Update residents registration**_
- _**Parking Inspections & Maintain Parking Registration**_

**Qualifications**
- _**Ability to problem solve on the go, multi-task under pressure.**_
- _**Experience of small repairs & maintenance.**_
- _**Familiar with swimming pool health unit requirements.**_
- _**Excellent communication and organizational skills.**_
- _**Ability to move large garbage bins outside for pick up.**_
- _**Team oriented mindset and the ability to work together.**_
- _**Self-motivated and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.**_
