Stone Fabricator

**Role Summary**

London Stone Co. is London Ontario's fastest growing Granite, Marble, Quartz, Quartzite, Onyx, and Semi-Precious Countertops stone fabricators, with a dedicated team of industry professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate mitre joints, mix glues/colours, hand polish to finish details
- Repair small deficiencies in stone (chips, breaks, pits, etc.)
- Help operators set-up and adjust CNC machines
- Load and unload machines
- Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports
- Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to drawings / specifications using precision measuring instruments
- Perform quality checks using measuring instruments and gauges
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- **2-3 years experience fabricating stone countertops, completing mitre edges, and mixing colours**:

- some CNC experience is considered an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiar with CNC controls
- Fork truck experience considered an asset
- Good mathematical and analytical skills
- Trouble shooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
