Los Prevention

Overview: We are seeking a Loss Prevention professional to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in protecting our company's assets and minimizing losses. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to educate and train others on loss prevention strategies. Duties: - Conduct data collection and analysis to identify potential areas of loss - Monitor surveillance footage and investigate any suspicious activities or incidents - Implement loss prevention strategies and procedures to prevent theft, fraud, and other losses - Educate employees on loss prevention best practices and provide training on security protocols - Conduct regular audits of inventory, cash handling procedures, and security measures - Collaborate with management to develop and implement loss prevention policies and procedures - Respond to incidents of theft or fraud, including conducting interviews and gathering evidence - Prepare detailed reports documenting incidents, investigations, and recommendations for improvement Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred - Proven experience in loss prevention or a related field - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret data effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to educate and train others on loss prevention strategies - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of surveillance systems and security equipment is a plus - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
