Greeter / Reception

Preston GM has a full-time opportunity for a Greeter / Service Liaison / Receptionist in our Service Department.

Are you outgoing, do you like to talk to people, and are you a customer service pro?

We are looking for someone smiley, outgoing, and friendly to meet and greet our service customers, provide options for them while waiting for their vehicle to be serviced, assist in the check-in process, book appointments, answer calls, and cashier.
- Strong listening and communication skills, friendly and outgoing and approachable
- Team Player
- Punctual and reliable and on top of your attendance
- Drivers abstract / valid drivers licence / background check / immunization record
- Ability to greet customers in a positive friendly manner, able to chat with anyone and carry a conversation.
- Clear spoken and a great communicator, possess some basic computer skills
- Physically capable of standing for this shift and don’t mind being outside as required to greet our customers on arrival to the service drive-up

**Requirements**:

- Valid Drivers Licence
- Background Check
- An outstanding attendance record

This position is Monday - Friday, 7:15 am - 3:15 pm.
