Expeditor

**Maderra Personnel** is currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of **Expeditor **in St. John’s, NL.

Located in St. John's, NL, Maderra Engineering Inc. provides project management, project services, engineering, technical and personnel ervices to the Energy, Resource, and Commercial sectors. **Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with suppliers to obtain daily updates on Purchase Orders.
- Explore all options to improve delivery dates.
- Maintain tracking file to summarize updates and any changes communicated from suppliers.
- Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate flow of information, in effort to keep business unit(s) and suppliers frequently updated.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in an expeditor, or relevant, role
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft office programs
- Excellent organization and communication skills, along with ability to work in a team environment,
- Strong sense of ownership, with demonstrated interpersonal and analytical skills,
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple and changing priorities under tight deadlines with strong decision-making skills,
- Solid leadership and communication skills to aid in interaction with all functions and levels of leadership,
- Ability to understand complex processes and strive to develop and implement continuous improvement and creative process enhancements.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Expeditor (Minimum): 2 years (required)
