**YOUR ROLE**:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Submission Preparation Advisor to join our dedicated customer service team. You will play a key role in assisting our electrician clients in preparing accurate and competitive submissions for our electric heating products. If you are customer-oriented and have an aptitude for technical details, this position is for you
- Provide personalized support to electricians for submission preparation;
- Understand and explain the technical specifications of our products;
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, production) to ensure the information provided to clients is accurate and up-to-date;
- Respond quickly and effectively to submission requests and technical inquiries;
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range and market innovations;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the submission preparation process.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
We are seeking passionate individuals eager to make a difference in an innovative environment.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in a technical or industrial context;
- Knowledge of electric heating products and/or the electrical sector (an asset);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Bilingual in French and English (communication with some English-speaking clients);
- Proficiency in MS Office and ease with software tools;
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and meet deadlines;
- Team spirit and a positive attitude;
- Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
