**What would I be doing at ThinkLP?**

This is an opportunity for a motivated technical individual to contribute to the growth of an innovative software company and create software solutions for some of the world’s largest and most influential organizations on the Fortune 500 list As an IT Manager at ThinkLP, you will support the entire organization by managing all internal IT systems, mobile device management, office 365 management, and hardware debugging.

**What are my **primary **duties?**

As a part of a rapidly growing organization, your core responsibilities will include the following:

- Managing Office 365 user accounts
- Monitoring suspicious activity and ensuring proper security configuration for Office 365 exchange server
- Debugging issues with MacBooks, providing loaner machines if necessary and working with Apple to resolve defects
- Managing the entire life cycle of new MacBooks from purchasing, configuring, and decommissioning
- Managing a list of IT assets and company network (Wi-Fi)
- Tracking and managing approved software
- Managing JAMF Pro and JAMF protect
- Maintain monthly reporting to the Information Security team regarding assets, security vulnerabilities, and technology updates
- FTP Administration and user provisioning
- Conducting monthly internal audits for IT-related assets
- Point of contact for all IT questions/issues

**What are the requirements of this position?**
- Bachelor of Computer Science, Applied Science, Engineering Technology or equivalent educational achievements or work experience
- Confident with English verbal skills for internal communication
- Must be located within the Waterloo / Wellington Region **This is not a remote position**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
