**Your Job**
Our Georgia-Pacific facility located in Englehart, ON is seeking motivated and safety-oriented individuals to join our maintenance team as an Instrumentation Technician.

This position starts at **$42.98 per hour**. Georgia Pacific offers a generous benefits package including a quarterly bonus plan, medical/dental/vision, short-term disability, pension, and paid time off.

**What You Will Do**
- Assume responsibility and accountability for performing technical work in the repair, adjustment, calibration and maintenance of a variety of analytical and recording instruments and equipment used in the detection and measurement of the OSB process
- Assists in diagnosing malfunctions in mechanical, electrical and electronic systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records
- Interpret/read PID loops circuit diagrams
- Perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with other team members in a team-based environment

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 447A Instrumentation Red Seal Certification **OR** OACETT C.Tech Certification

**What Will Put You Ahead
- PLC Programming and troubleshooting experience; Allen Bradley. Control Logic
- Experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing and calibrating instrumentation equipment
