Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team. As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer-controlled machines to perform precision machining tasks. This is a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality parts and components.

Experience
- Min 5 years (required)

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to perform machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Program machines using CNC programming languages
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the machining process

**Requirements**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles
- Previous experience operating milling machines or CNC lathes
- Proficiency in CNC programming and operation
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Knowledge of CAD software is a plus
- Experience using calipers and other hand tools for precision measurements
