**Responsibilities**:_
- Managing **day to day system in Universal**:

- **Updating HCAI/Universal /MVA/EHC/Private WSIB** all on **Telus E-claims**:

- Billing **Tort settlements.**:

- Managing **invoices and account **billing
- Dealing with all **MVA forms**:

- Sending clinical notes to physio clinics and lawyers' offices as required.
- Manage the **day-to-day operations** of the clinic.
- Manage **patient records** and ensure accuracy of information.
- Maintain **accurate financial records** and billing systems.
- Manage **staff schedules and coordinate staff** activities.
- Ensure that all clinic staff are adequately trained and follow protocols.
- Ensure that the clinic is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the clinic.
- **Required skills**:_
- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in a similar post preferably within psychological clinics, rehab or physiotherapy centers.
- Have a good knowledge of **Universal system **is a **must.**:

- Familiar with **book keeping** and **account billing** (preferably **Wave software**).
- Experienced in dealing with **MVA client settings.**:

- Proficient in effectively **communicating with both insurance adjusters and legal teams.**:

- excellent **communication and organizational skills.**:

- Demonstrate a consistently **positive and proactive attitude **in all interactions and tasks.
- Proficient in effectively **overseeing and leading a team of 15 members.**
- **Ability to commute/relocate**:_
- Mississauga, ON: Possess a **dependable commuting arrangement **or demonstrate **intent to relocate** prior to commencing employment

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

- Monday to Friday
