**Job Description**:
The role of Coordinator, L&L Procurement is to facilitate and simplify global team collaboration inclusive of typical executive assistant duties for SVP and VP of L&L Procurement

Executive Assistant:

- Receive and filter telephone calls
- Physically welcome appointments (as needed)
- Prepare and control the files necessary to the mission of the leader (documentation, reports, communication supports, various notes for the meetings...)
- Receive and sort mail to present only essential information to the manager
- Manage expense reports
- Place orders for equipment, supplies and consumables and check the conformity of deliveries
- Logistical organization of trips and related documents
- Prepare and organize the logistics of various professional events (meetings, travel, oral interventions, seminars, trade shows, conference calls, etc.)
- Establish and manage budgets or process accounting files
- Monitor the budget and meet financial deadlines

Coordinator:

- Write communication materials (notes, correspondence, reports, minutes, etc.)
- Structure and ensure the transmission of information internally and externally (documents from the various departments of the company or from outside to the departments concerned based on the instructions of the manager)
- Participate in the organization of recruitment and training logistics
- Put in place the welcome materials for new employees
- Ensure the updating of documents
- Main complexity / critical issues in the job_

International Team of 30 people in varying time zones
- Few figures about the scope of action_

Global scope for team

Frequent interactions with senior executives across L&L organization

**Qualifications**:
5+ years of administrative/EA experience

Organizational skills, rigor, discretion, human qualities, interpersonal skills

Commitment, versatility, initiative, autonomy

Languages required: fluent written and spoken English; French is an asset
