- Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for our clients
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Utilize accounting software, such as Sage and QuickBooks, to record financial transactions
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements
- General administration duties

- Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Bookkeeper or have completed College Courses in Accounting
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Must have a working knowledge or training in Quickbooks and/or Sage
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office - Excel and Word
- Familiarity with account analysis and reconciliation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
