**Primary Role**

Interior Design Technologies/Interior Decorator

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet with Clients for Initial Design Consultations and Perform site visits
- Strong time management skills
- Productive design presentation and consultation with great communication skills
- Superior organizational skills
- Formulate designs that are aesthetic and conducive to the client
- Calculate the specifications and cost of materials for construction
- Select design components to create a unique and purposeful space
- Maintain client, vendor, and consultant relationships
- Follow up and close the deals according to the company policies and procedures
- Knowledge of computer design software
- Prepare sketches and documentation for client presentation
- Be familiar with custom cabinetry design, construction & installation
- Have professional demeanor when interacting with clients
- Understanding architectural drawing and floor plans
- Submit Drawings for permits

**Required**:
Revit knowledge (1 year minimum)

To be able to go onsite

**Assets**:

- Kitchen cabinetry design experience
- Sales background

**Experience**:

- design: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Revit Software: 1 year (required)
