Counselor

_Counsellor/Coach _
Renew Counselling & Health Coaching is looking for a motivated counsellor or coach to add to our team. This is a sub contractor position where you would receive an hourly commission wage based on your experience and contribution to growing your counselling or coaching practice.

You would be joining a practice that is growing and looking to expand their specialties. Currently our counsellors specialize in anxiety, depression, addiction, weight loss and PMDD. Ideally, you specialize in trauma, couples counselling, sexual health, grief, or any other specialty not mentioned above.

Although we are independent counsellors, the goal is to work together to help one another grow and work collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.

If you are looking to start a new practice, or to grow an existing one and want to work with a great team while not having to worry about the overhead, this may be a perfect fit for you.

All expenses are covered in the sub contract so you don't have to worry about office space, business license, a website, or scheduling software.

What is expected of you?

1. You hold a minimum of a diploma in counselling or coaching.

2. You are in good standing with a registration body and hold your own liability insurance.

3. You are actively promoting yourself or are willing to promote yourself through social media, or blog posting.

4. You are committed to bi-weekly virtual team meetings where we can work collaboratively on building your practice, networking, and developing group coaching programs.

5. You are energetic, passionate, and have a drive for success.

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
