We’re looking for installers who want to experience working with innovative and unique doors, windows, glazing, operable walls, outdoor covers, and enclosure solutions. We do different projects, we do it better, the right way.

Our product range takes our install teams into various interesting and diverse scenarios. High end residential, commercial, restaurants, wineries and more.

We work with a wide variety of products; commercial glazing, premium residential doors and windows, operable walls, patio solutions, louver pergolas, enclosure glass, skylights, flashings and finishings, and other custom solutions.

**Experience Required**
- Window and door installation and/or manufacturing/glazing: 1-10 years (required)
- Operable glass wall installation and/or manufacturing experience (preferred)

**Job Requirements**
- Valid Canadian driver’s License
- Pass background check
- Ability to lift up to 100 - 150 lbs
- Willing to travel (preferred)

**Qualifications**
- AEC/DEP or skilled trade certificate (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with co-workers and customers
- Strong knowledge of various glazing systems including, windows, doors, operable glass systems, Etc.
- Knowledge of the BC building code including NAFS & NFRC
- Experience operating glass manipulator (Smartlift, Spyder Crane, Etc.)

**Responsibilities & Type of Work**
- Manufacturing and glazing of various window, door and glass systems
- Install windows, doors, storefront, operable glass walls, glass/louvered canopies, and other related products
- Opening preparation including vapor/air barriers, rod & caulk, flashing, Etc.
- Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
- Service and repair various window, door and glass systems
- Close communication with project managers, lead installers and co-workers
- Ensure and maintain the quality standard for every project
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
- Determine layout and installation/manufacturing procedures

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
