**Job details**
- **Location: York Region, ON**
- **Wage: Will be based upon qualifications and experience. We are committed to coach**

**development and will reimburse one (1) coach education course per year.**
- **Terms of employment: Full time or Part time**
- **Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Weekend**
- **Reports to: Technical Director**
- **Start date: As soon as possible**

**Job requirements**

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Minimum NCCP Community Coach Workshop
- 2-5 years coaching experience at District, Regional or Provincial level
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in developing and working with an approved annual plan for training
- Strong Management and Leadership skills with a focus on mentoring Assistant Staff

Coaches or Intern Coaches

**Security and Safety**

Criminal record check, First Aid/CPR/AED certified

**Personal Suitability**

**Specific Skills**
- Provide high-quality training for IFC Soccer School and Academy teams
- Utilize coaching resources and software to help plan and manage training sessions and
- match play- Assist and facilitate coaching education and player testing/assessments
- Provide additional training services offered by the club such as camps, Grassroots, and

additional programming

- Provide player progress reports semi-annually, and be available to parents,

administrators and other professional duties
- Develop, plan and co-ordinate competitive schedules and programs
- Identify, observe and evaluate prospective athletes’ skills and performances, and review
- their past records- Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance and modify training programs
- Participate in coaching clinic instruction and present material, content knowledge to
- peers- Present materials at conference or symposium
