Qualifications:

- Proficient computer skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Sound fact-based decision making skills and problem solving ability, with a focus on safety and delivering results

- Ability to interact with employees throughout various levels in the organization in a positive and professional manner
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently using effective time management and organizational skills

**Requirements**:

- Successful completion of a 120-day familiarization period.
- Successful completion of a Level 1 Forklift Course during the familiarization period.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis.
- Enroll in WHMIS Training Program.
- Physically capable of performing required duties,
- Lifting, pulling, shoveling, pushing, climbing and piling of all types of materials as required.
- Work in extreme temperatures, high humidity and dusty conditions.
- Function in a noisy environment and wear hearing protection as required.
- Work with all required safety equipment.
- Demonstrate mathematical ability through the successful completion of a timed written test.
- Satisfactory past job performance.

**Duties**:

- Work under the direction of and report to the Production Supervisor/Foreman.
- Ability to work with Control Room Operator to take immediate action to maintain product in specification.
- Ensure that proper concentrations of ingredients are maintained in order to achieve desired product specifications.
- Conduct fryer boil-out as required.
- Complete all TQC (MQP) procedures and check sheets.
- Accurately relate/maintain all required documentation.
- Report all mechanical, operational and safety concerns promptly.
- Communicate with all departments as required.
- Perform all duties in a safe, accurate and efficient manner.
- Perform housekeeping of work area to maintain established standards.
- Provide help in other areas of production as required.
- All other duties as assigned.
