**Role and Responsibilities**

**Your Mission**

As a Product Owner for CAE’s ServiceNow platform, you will be responsible for the governance, administration, implementation and support of CAE’s IT service platform and associated processes globally - covering all CAE’s business divisions and over 100 sites worldwide. In this position, you will be part of a global Infrastructure & Operations Team, interacting regularly with peers in other regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC).

**Your Role & Main Responsibilities**

**Be an active member of the technology business transformation**
- Lead a dedicated team of in-house ITIL process and ServiceNow specialists combined with an external managed services partner to manage the operations and growth of the service platform and IT services for the global enterprise (over 100 sites worldwide)
- Lead improvement solutions and related processes applicable to ITOM, ITAM, ITSM, SecOps functions and maximize the applied automation within the ServiceNow platform
- Own and develop the ServiceNow platform roadmap covering the coming 2-3 year timeframe
- Collaborate with all IT functional areas to incorporate needs and unify the platform roadmap
- Support periodic operational activities such as enterprise disaster recovery planning and cybersecurity auditing
- Manage governance of the platform as well as ITIL process KPI’s to an audience of IT management staff
- Own the development backlog for all streams of the service platform and work with stakeholders on mutually acceptable prioritization for implementation
- Evangelize strategic use cases for new features and emerging functionality with IT and business leadership
- Support or lead periodic governance meetings with the managed service partner, track outstanding service delivery issues and actively work towards their resolution
- Track partner Statements of Work (SOW’s) from inception/ estimates through to delivery and support periodic review of invoices with the accounting team to ensure delivery completion

**Your Qualifications**
- Softskills_
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Language skills in French is a strong asset
- Results-oriented with great team spirit, leadership and motivation skills
- Autonomous - comfortable exercising independent judgment in performing job duties
- Ability to interface with IT staff and internal business stakeholders at all levels
- Technical skills_
- Educational background in Technology, Business, IT Management or related fields
- Solid working knowledge of ServiceNow various products and implementation
- Minimum of ITIL Foundation certification, or willingness to obtain this quickly
- Minimum 3 years in a first-line leadership role
- Experience or aptitude in project management will be an asset
- Experience working in a large enterprise setting will be an asset
- ITIL Managing Professional certification will be a strong asset
