Inventory Coordinator

The Opportunity:
As the Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for sourcing, ordering and receiving parts for our busy Collision Center. You will develop and maintain relationships with our vendors and ensure we are sourcing the best solution. You will manage purchase orders and all the paperwork that goes along with them, as well as ensure parts are billed out on the necessary work order at the quoted price. You will be responsible for the storage and organization of Parts (received, sorted, labelled and stored) so work flows smoothly. You will also return any unused parts and ensure that it is credited appropriately. You will manage the inventory of paint, undercoat and other shop supplies by conducting counts to ensure we maintain sufficient stock to support our business.
