**Financial Analyst (New Grads & Students)**

Assist in the preparation of working papers, statements, reports and surveys to support accurate financial reporting for a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
-Monitor, review, analyze and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and proactively identify and report on variances.
-Coordinate transactional investigation with other business units and implement timely adjustments when needed.
-Assist in the analysis and forecast of the Company’s near term cash flow requirements and preparation for the instructions for external business partners to facilitate the movement of funds.
-Actively facilitate the month-end close process and month-end analysis for various accounts.
-Work with other Finance team members to continuously improve and automate team processes and templates.

**What you’ll need to have**:
Currently pursuing your post-secondary degree and have demonstrated academic excellence. You are graduating in the Spring or Summer of 2023 in a relevant program such as accounting, finance, business administration, accounting, or math
-Strong numerical literacy and ability to work confidently with numbers
-Ability to think logically, analyze and solve problems
-Strong attention to detail required
-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate and build relationships

**It would be nice for you to have**:
Knowledge of spreadsheet, database, and word processing software
