**Role**

Perform an array of functions in the warehouse that include receiving and fulfilling orders, stocking and merchandising inventory, processing incoming stock and materials, packing and shipping orders, managing & organizing stock in the warehouse etc.

**What you’ll do**
- MUST be able to multitask.
- Assist in shipping & receiving, sorting, labelling of incoming shipments (where needed) and verify shipping & receiving documentation in collaboration with other team members.
- Assist with the pick, pack processing for outbound shipments.
- Assist in complete paperwork and maintaining files in connection with inventory transfers, purchase orders and any shipping and receiving documents.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures when handling paperwork and inventory.
- Meet deadlines for shipment cut-off times to customers and demonstrate the aptitude to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Assist with warehouse operations, specifically with overall warehouse inventory.
- Collaborate with the team in counting of physical inventory as advised by the Warehouse Manager.
- Maintain a clean working environment (floors, aisles, equipment maintained and stored as required)
- Process customer RMAs, issue credits and process items for buyback.
- Follow all rules, regulations and guidelines set up by OSHA and Employer.
- Coordinate with the QC and Floor Sales teams for prompt quality check of the newly received products and transferring to sales floor. Ensure compliance with the standard operating procedures laid out for the warehouse.
- Assist sales floor team as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to by Warehouse Manager.
