We’re hiring an experienced customer service rockstar as Client Care Supervisor to our already-awesome Client Care team. This position is responsible for managing the daily performance of our Client Care team in creating a five-star customer experience and hitting monthly sales targets, while working internally with our other teams. We are looking for someone with previous supervisory or management experience in a retail or service-based environment, to help continue elevating our team.

The role of Gus’s Pet Resort’s Client Care Supervisor requires an experienced and energetic individual who will motivate and coach staff to crush our sales goals, provide exceptional customer service, and keep our client-facing end working like a well-oiled machine. We are a high-performance business focused on significant growth and continuous improvement, and we pride ourselves on being a very positive and supportive work environment. In order to be successful in the role, you will need to comfortable analysing numbers, bringing forward ideas and solutions, and bring energy to the job. We are a fun and supportive team, so the Supervisor must be as well. The position is key and we are looking for the right person to help our Client Care team reach the next level as we continue to grow.
- Have previous retail sales or customer service experience (required)
- Have previous supervisory or management experience of a team (required)
- Are comfortable handling and resolving client complaints in a courteous and calm manner
- Are friendly, approachable, professional, and energetic.
- Have an understanding of client care systems and daily operations
- Demonstrate an exceptional level of professionalism on the phone and in person while representing the company.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Are organized, preferably with experience in planning or scheduling projects.
- Have a positive, we-can-do-anything attitude
- A clean, crisp, approachable and professional appearance.
- Additional sales, social media, or marketing experience is an asset.
- Excel skills considered an asset.

In this role, you will grow through education in your role about dog behavior, health and care, sales, and marketing and overall management. We love to develop our employees and there are various opportunities for growth within this role and company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35-40 per week

**Salary**: From $18.50 per hour
