Furniture Salesperson

**What you’ll do**:
The Salesperson will seek service excellence by providing knowledgeable and friendly sales advice to customers; will complete the sale and follow through on all transactions; and will provide cross-department support by assisting with furniture and appliance placement and/or displays, building furniture, housekeeping, and other tasks. The Salesperson will exemplify and promote the Co-op brand.

The Salesperson will live the Co-op Brand and strive to achieve and maintain positive and healthy relationships with co-workers and customers.

You are looking for a career in Sales and:

- Are committed to service excellence and possess a friendly disposition
- Enjoy ongoing development and learning new products and features
- Understanding and passion for home fashion trends and solid understanding of interior design.
- Are driven to achieve sales targets and goals
- Enjoy some level of physical work with some heavy lifting/moving (up to 40lbs). Although not the focus of the job, moving furniture and appliances in the showroom is a common task and expected as part of the role to create beautiful furniture displays.
- Have strong English communication skills, attention to detail and organizational skills. Are available for day shifts, some evening shifts and a rotation of Saturdays.

**Qualifications**:

- Computer proficiency is required.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills Proven ability as a self-starter and assertive.
