Camp Planner

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Camp Planner is enthusiastic and enjoys making sure the camp activities are running smoothly. The Camp Planner has excellent time management and organizational skills

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to)**
- Coordinates schedules with Regional Managers and Location Directors
- Coordinate with Location Directors on staffing demands
- Weekly meetings
- Report payroll hours to Payroll Specialist
- Assist Payroll Specialist with administrative responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the HR Generalist

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Post secondary education and/or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in camps (not mandatory but an asset)
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Bilingual in both French and English.
- Autonomous and Creative.

**Job Type**: Contractual - 9 weeks

**Flexible Language Requirement**:

- English (required)
- French (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 13 weeks

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
