Job Summary:
Job Information:

- Monday to Friday (7:00 am to 4:00 pm).
- Overtime if needed and only on a voluntary basis.
- Benefits after six months of employment.
- $18/hour to start - wage increases based on job performance and experience plus a performance bonus.
- Work boots, tape measure, and hammer are required.

Essential Functions:

- Willingness to work hard and be part of a team.
- Must be reliable as our team depends on you showing up each day.
- Maintain awareness of proper truss plate placement.
- Assemble lumber to build trusses.
- Maintain truss machinery in good operating condition.
- Recognize and eliminate weak lumber (knots, wane, etc.).
- Maintain awareness of truss plant inventory; notify Truss Plant Foreman of any ordering needs.
- Various duties as required and requested.

Job Requirements:

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to perform in this physically demanding job and able to lift 50 lbs. several times a day.
- Must be able to work in a shop environment.
