**Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- Learn new technology such at the Online Order HUB and our Canadian Tire inventory and communication systems.
- Understand the store layout in order to efficiently collect items without retracing steps.
- Effectively communicate with other departments and teams within the store for assistance in locating products.
- Trained on store processes and technologies to assist with warehouse call-downs and locating/delocating products.
- While this is more of a task-driven team, there is still an expectation of high-level customer service with any customers you may come across.
- Abides by all health and safety programs and regulations.

**Core Competencies**:

- Physically fit - ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly approachable, customer-oriented individual who thrives in offering exceptional service to customers.
- Willing to take on any task and pitch in where help is needed.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work in a team environment that provides assistance and support to co-workers to achieve common goals.
- Positive attitude, punctuality and solid work ethic.
