Grounds Maintenance Crew

Become an integral member of the Furry Creek team, working to ensure the proficient operation of the Grounds Maintenance Department. To be involved with all facets of all grounds maintenance tasks in order to maintain consistent high quality of turf in accordance with the standards set out by the Superintendent.

Job Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
- Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
- Availability to work early mornings on both weekdays and occasional weekends.
- Previous golf maintenance operations and cultural practices is a plus.
- Previous landscaping and/or gardening experience is a plus.
- Ability to move heavy objects.
- A Class 5 driver’s license is necessary.
- A valid Pesticide Applicator’s License is an asset but not required.
- Affordable staff housing is available.

Note: This is a part-time seasonal job from April to early November. Wage is $20 - $25 per hour based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 8 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
