**What will you be doing in this role?**
- Ensure test cases are designed accurately, reviewed with business, and signed off.
- Test cases are executed as per objective and demoed with business and signed off.
- Document and test according to specifications and standards
- Maximize automation for all project deliverables and for following defined processes and tools and alignment with overall QE strategy and framework.
- Leverage existing automation capabilities to automate test cases and identify new tools as per the QA best practices
- Promote collaboration and partnership with other line of business to develop and meet core project objectives and provides support to team members on QE, Agile, DevOps and best practices & tools
- Responsible for following agreed upon processes for test results storage, defect tracking and defect verification and supporting project metrics tracking
- Develop deep domain knowledge and business logic, processes, flows, data flows and rules, for areas in scope along with hands on test execution.

**Required Skills**:

- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing efficient test strategies focused on automation.
- Strong background of the Insurance Industry. Knowledge on different product of insurance including personal, commercial, property, auto would be preferred.
- Experience in leading test case design to provide End to End Test Scenarios & Conditions for optimal coverage through unit test, component/service-based tests and complex business requirements.
- Knowledge & Hands-on expertise in a variety of test automation frameworks/tools
- Ability to influence teams to manage technical changes (process, tools, etc.) within program, project & portfolios.
- Insurance Industry experience
- Guidewire Knowledge

NOTE: This is a hybrid role that includes the flexibility to work remotely, but also regular in-person meetings in our Cambridge facility is expected.
