Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grader to join our team. As a Grader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as graders, bulldozers, and loaders, to ensure proper grading of surfaces. Your mechanical knowledge and expertise in operating various equipment will contribute to the successful completion of construction projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate heavy equipment, including graders and mowers
- Perform grading to ensure high quality roads
- Ensure accurate grading according to foreman specifications
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks effectively
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in operating heavy equipment, specifically graders
- Proficient in backhoe operation, bulldozing, loader operation, and other relevant skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: $26.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
