- The purpose of this position is to provide support, development, documentation, training, and assist with implementation of Pronto Xi primarily, and other platforms, to all sites in North America and South America, with a focus on Operations Support.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct all activities in a safe manner while adhering to all HEPI policies, compliance and change management structures.
- Ensure at all times that the ERP system, and other platforms comply with the Global HEPI standards.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
1. Provide primary support to users at all HEPI sites in North and South America including helpdesk support.

2. Work with operations managers and other key personnel to gain a deep understanding of Operations in all North and South American Divisions.

3. Triage ERP related finance requests and pass onto suitable ERP team members for resolution as required.

4. Work in partnership with users to write and/or maintain user training manuals for North and South America based divisions.

5. Identify areas where users would benefit from training and carry out or arrange training in consultation with the ERP Supervisor.

6. Undertake analysis of business processes. Identify areas where efficiencies can be introduced, and work with users to implement new processes, document and train.

7. Work with users to write specifications for new reports, obtain approvals, and assist with UAT of reports.

9. Conduct all changes and implementations within the framework of the compliance and change management systems.

**DECISION MAKING**:
This position has a degree of autonomy; however all changes and new work must be approved by the ERP Supervisor or Director of Global Applications, be carried out within the HEPI change management and compliance systems, and not deviate from the Global HEPI standard.

**QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**:
1. Relevant Bachelor’s Degree

2. Several years’ experience working in ERP support - prefer Pronto Xi

3. Experience in effective training, and the production of user-friendly documentation

4. Applicants with past experience in other Application Support will be highly regarded, eg SQL, UiPath, Success Factors, SharePoint, PowerBI

5. The ability to speak Spanish will be viewed favorably.

Pay: $60,423.10-$80,000.00 per year
