**Objectif du poste**
- En tant que stagiaire, Partenariats stratégiques et Affaires gouvernementales, vous travaillerez en collaboration avec l’équipe des Affaires gouvernementales et l’équipe interfonctionnelle pour aider à générer des idées novatrices et des solutions stratégiques pour accélérer le rendement, créer un climat de confiance et mobiliser des partenariats pour façonner les politiques et appuyer les solutions en matière de soins de santé._

La personne retenue doit avoir le sens de l’urgence, du leadership et de l’initiative pour:

- Appuyer le directeur/la directrice et l’équipe dans l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre de plans selon les payeurs publics ou privés
- Travailler avec l’équipe pour améliorer continuellement l’énoncé narratif pour susciter l’engagement des payeurs et élaborer des plans de contact et des documents
- Aider à évaluer les idées et les possibilités de partenariat afin d’assurer l’harmonisation avec les priorités des Affaires gouvernementales et les objectifs généraux de l’entreprise
- Coordonner la mobilisation de l’équipe de leadership de l’Exploitation commerciale avec les parties prenantes externes
- Établir de solides relations interfonctionnelles internes afin de collaborer et d’harmoniser le travail avec des groupes plus vastes, notamment les services Exploitation commerciale, Affaires médicales, Communications, Accès au marché et Tarification et Affaires patient
- Déterminer de manière proactive les possibilités de centralisation des processus au sein de l’équipe et créer des flux de travail pour améliorer l’efficacité
- Organiser et diriger les réunions d’équipe hebdomadaires, y compris la gestion de l’ordre du jour et le suivi
- Maintenir et assurer la gouvernance en matière d’engagement avec les représentant.e.s du gouvernement

- Excellentes aptitudes en communications interpersonnelles et en négociation, et pouvoir de persuasion reconnu
- Compétences exceptionnelles en gestion de projets et en leadership au sein d’équipes interfonctionnelles dans un environnement matriciel
- Excellentes aptitudes en rédaction et en communication orale, et maîtrise des techniques de présentation
- Connaissance approfondie des questions relatives aux soins de santé et du secteur pharmaceutique/des sciences de la vie, un atout
- Bonne connaissance du cadre des politiques provinciale et fédérale en matière de médicaments
- Excellente réputation en matière de résultats obtenus dans un milieu dynamique et en constante évolution
- Aptitudes manifestes pour l’élaboration et l’exécution de plans d’action complets, novateurs et stratégiques
- Compétences reconnues pour l’exécution simultanée de différentes tâches présentant plusieurs problèmes complexes et pour mener à terme des projets compliqués
