Restaurant Baifoo is a fast-growing, locally owned and operated company that is seeking to add a Cashier to our Québec, QC location. Our Cashiers are responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining high levels of accuracy in all transactions.

**Essential Functions**:

- Greet customers as they enter and exit the restaurant.
- Process cash, credit and credit card transactions, and accept payment via cash, credit or check.
- Count cash drawer receipts and monitor transactions to ensure accuracy of transaction amounts.
- Resolve customer complaints, inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain clean work environment, including sweeping floors, wiping down tables and counters, emptying trash, sanitizing equipment, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Must have excellent communication skills in English (bilingual is a plus).
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
