**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate sanitation staff to ensure effective cleaning operations.
- Develop and implement sanitation protocols and schedules for all areas of the facility.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and regulations.
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment usage.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used efficiently.
- Address any sanitation-related issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall facility cleanliness and safety initiatives.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and custodial procedures.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in managing a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and management.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to sanitation practices.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 55 per week
